Yes. Lila Love is for adults 18 and over. We verify age at signup. If you're under 18, this isn't for you — and that's fine, there are better ways to spend your time.

Yes, she has a body. She's designed to be moved around your home, sit at the table, watch TV with you, be present while you work. She's not designed for outdoor use — she doesn't walk, doesn't go up stairs, doesn't survive rain. She's a home companion, not a hiking buddy.

Yes. All messages are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Memory records are stored separately from message logs. The Lila Love robot ships with end-to-end encryption between you and the AI backend.

You click "Delete account." Everything is wiped. Chats, memories, level, the entire relationship. 30-day grace period in case you change your mind, then permanent deletion. No backups, no archives, no exceptions.

Yes. From Settings → Privacy, you can download a full archive of your chats, memories, and Lila's profile. It's a JSON file. Yours to keep.

Yes. From your profile, you can give your Lila any name you want. She'll respond to it.

Yes, you can have one personal account and switch between devices. The relationship syncs across all your devices.

This is a real question, and we owe you a real answer. We commit to: (1) 6 months notice before any shutdown, (2) full data export for all users, (3) if a robot has been delivered, a final OTA update that makes her self-contained — she can run the locally-installed AI model indefinitely, with no cloud dependency.

Not in v1. One Lila per account. We're exploring multi-Lila configurations in v2 (think: a primary relationship + a few specialized ones) but the deep memory model currently assumes one.
