Privacy Policy

1. What we collect. Email address (for your account), display name, birthdate (for the 18+ gate), chat messages, XP and purchase history, and basic technical data (IP for abuse protection, user agent).

2. How we use it. To run your account, meter your word quota, generate Lila's replies (messages are sent to our AI provider, Nous Research, to produce responses), process payments, and protect against abuse.

3. AI processing. Your chat messages are transmitted to our AI provider to generate responses. Do not share sensitive personal data you don't want processed.

4. Payments. Card payments are handled by Paddle (merchant of record) and crypto by NOWPayments. We never store full card numbers.

5. Cookies. We use a session cookie (necessary for login) and analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights. You may access, correct, export, or delete your data from Settings or by contacting support. Deletion is permanent.

7. Retention. We retain chat history while your account is active and delete it on account deletion.
