1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use Lila Love. By creating an account you confirm this. We may verify your age and terminate accounts that misrepresent it.

2. Service. Lila Love provides an AI-generated fictional companion for entertainment. Lila is not a human, not a therapist, and not a substitute for professional or real-world support.

3. Your content. You retain rights to messages you send. You agree not to upload illegal content, content involving minors, harassment, or attempts to bypass our safety systems.

4. Payments. Subscriptions and gift purchases are billed via our payment processors (Paddle and NOWPayments). Crypto top-ups are non-recurring and expire at the end of their period unless renewed.

5. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

6. Termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, are flagged for abuse, or are found to be operated by minors.

7. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for emotional reliance on an AI companion or for indirect damages.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
