Refund Policy

1. Digital goods. Subscriptions and gift purchases are digital goods delivered instantly. Because the service is consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptions. We will refund a purchase if: the service was unusable due to our fault for the period paid, or the charge was unauthorized/fraudulent.

3. Crypto purchases. NOWPayments top-ups follow the same policy; refunds are issued in fiat equivalent at current rates minus network fees, where possible.

4. How to request. Email support@sayuloveme.com within 14 days with your payment reference. We respond within 5 business days.
